Gnocchi are the famous Italian dough cushions made from flour and mashed potatoes. Boil them in salted water and rinse well. Then fry them in the pan with some olive oil. This way the outside gets nice and crispy and the inside stays soft. We serve the quirky gnocchi with our delicious premium bolognaise sauce. A sauce that originated from a beautiful collaboration with the Butcher's Craft by De Laet & Van Haver. For the mixed minced meat, we chose the Belgian White Blue: tender, juicy and above all very tasty.
