Butcher's bolognaise sauce
Our delicious 'Butcher's bolognaise sauce' originated from a wonderful collaboration with Luc De Laet of Butcher's Craft by De Laet & Van Haver. Belgian white blue was chosen for the mixed minced meat: tender, juicy and above all very tasty. Fresh vegetables such as bell bell pepper, zucchini, onion and carrot were added to the sauce, which is spiced up. Without a doubt a premium bolognaise sauce!
