History

Altoni makes fresh pasta with passion and pride since 1993. In the old workshop on Pothoekstraat in Antwerp, Toni, an Italian with a heart for Italian cuisine, started preparing artisan fresh pasta for the local restaurants.

Ingredients

Every quality pasta is the result of a careful selection of the best ingredients. That's why all our fresh ribbon pasta is made with Italian durum wheat 'KRONOS' which guarantees the firmness of the pasta when cooked.
