Ravioli with fennel, sweet and sour onion and pine nuts

Serve the ravioli with thinly sliced fennel for a subtly anise-like flavor. Cipolla Rossa di Tropea onions, the famous red sweet onions from Calabria, contrast nicely with the fresh filling of the limes. Finish with a vinaigrette and toasted pine nuts for a nutty bite.

The lemons we use in this ravioli come directly from Sorrento, a charming coastal town on the Amalfi coast in southern Italy famous for its citrus fruits. These Limone di Sorrento IGP (Indicazione Geografi ca Protetta) are known for their fresh aroma and intense flavor, giving our ravioli a unique and authentic twist.
