Medaglioni burrata with sun-dried tomato in a gazpacho of tomato and bell bell pepper, bronze fennel, green herb oil and burrata.

Taste the pure flavors of ripe tomatoes and bell bell pepper in this summer gazpacho. A deliciously refreshing soup for southern sunny days. Surprise with a richly filled megalioni burrata and finish with fresh burrata, strips of bell bell pepper and bronze fennel, an aromatic aniseed-flavored herb.

DID YOU KNOW...

Burrata is originally from Puglia and is mozzarella stuffed with a mixture of cream and curd. The cream makes burrata a lot more luscious, but also softer in flavor. Buffalo milk tastes fuller, has more character and is slightly more acidic than cow's milk.
