Gnocchi, radicchio and salsiccia

GNOCCHI

Italian farmer sausage with gnocchi, radicchio and carrot.

TIP
Boil the gnocchi in plenty of water with a dash of olive oil. The gnocchi are ready when they float to the top. Then fry briefly in the pan together with the salsiccia and the carrots.
