Enjoy fresh pasta, but gluten-free! Discover our two new, gluten-free pastas: gluten-free penne and gluten-free spaghetti!

These pastas are made from a carefully blended mix of corn flour, potato starch and rice flour. The addition of 20% egg yolk gives the dough a delicious flavor and elastic structure, which is not inferior to traditional fresh pasta.

With a short cooking time, this fresh gluten-free pasta is also one of a kind!
