To the rhythm of the seasons, Altoni provides a stuffed pasta with fresh local ingredients of the time of year. From April through June, you can enjoy these medaglioni with white asparagus. The asparagus, also called the "queen of vegetables," is a true delicacy when combined with the fresh pasta. The filling is prepared in-house with Belgian asparagus. The full creamy ricotta and mozzarella ensure a creamy filling which is subtly flavored with parsley.
