Ravioli gorgonzola cremoso with pear, chicory and walnut


Serve the ravioli gorgonzola walnut with stewed pear and chicory. Prepare a sauce of vegetable stock, cream and gorgonzola until smooth and spoon over the ravioli. Garnish with dried ham, walnut and flat-leaf parsley.
