To the rhythm of the seasons, Altoni provides a stuffed pasta with fresh local ingredients from the time of year. From October through December, this medaglioni trio of wild is available. Deer, wild boar and pheasant are all seasonings that form the basis of this delicious stuffed pasta. The pieces of wild, grilled mushrooms and red berries are clearly recognizable in the filling. The filling is flavored with brown game stock and red wine.
