Fusillone all'uovo
Fusillone is the bigger brother of fusilli, the typical pasta in the shape of a spiral. With this pasta you have enormous possibilities, ranging from a rich sauce full of vegetables, meat or seafood, to a lighter sauce. Moreover, this form is ideal for cold pasta salads and presents them very nicely.
