Fusillone with pheasant, smoked bacon and pointed cabbage in a light cream sauce

Fusillone, or the bigger brother of fusilli, offers enormous possibilities. Ideal to combine with both a rich sauce full of vegetables, meat or seafood, and with a lighter sauce. Finish the cream sauce with coarse mustard to give it the necessary spice.
