Orecchiette bio
Orecchiette originated in Puglia, a region in southern Italy. The shape, derived from orecchie (which means as much as "ears"), gives all dishes a playful twist. Orecchiette combines well with both simple and more outspoken sauces. An authentic product of top quality, and also vegan !
