In the rhythm of the seasons, Altoni provides a filled pasta with fresh local ingredients of the time of year. Surprising fillings that, as a suggestion on the menu, give your customers a whole new experience every time.
From April through June, our medaglioni asparagus is available. The Belgian asparagus is a true delicacy in combination with the fresh pasta. The full creamy ricotta and mozzarella provide a creamy filling which is subtly flavored with parsley.
