Tagliatelle tomato
A delicious variation on the classic tagliatelle ! This fresh pasta, pressed through a bronze mould, has a slightly rough structure which makes the sauce more easily absorbed. Tagliatelle goes great with an Italian ragu, tomato sauces and creamy sauces.
